One other reason not to fail: A must read for every Youth

Bill Gates

Richard is a young man struggling to make ends meet, however, things still not fall in place. He almost gave up on himself after several attempts to get it straight in life but he never did. One of his off days, he came about an article right for him at that point in time;

"No one recognizes the man with story and no glory. Of course, if someone asks you who is the father of Bill Gates, Warren Buffet, Olusegun Obasanjo, and so on, it may not come fast or even come at all, however, these names, you know them very well. As much as you don’t know these men’s parents, so also the names of their children do not ring any bell. Its as simple as; "Do something new to be known”, or “Break previous records to be recognized”.
Bill Gates once said, “It isn’t my fault I was born poor, but it would be my fault if I die poor”. That doesn’t make him to chase money anyway, it only made him to change success, and got wealth as bonus. That no one recognizes your parents, family isn’t your fault, but the baton has been handed over to you to change the norms.

Why don’t we quickly recap the stories of the popular successful people in the world and their words.
Steve Jobs, The late popular owner of Apple, the producer of the Iphones we use today said,” I used to sleep on the floor in friends rooms, returning coke bottles for food, money and getting weekly free meals at a local temple."

Lionel Messi, the Barcelona talisman and five times world footballer said,”I used to serve tea at a shop to support my football training”.

You remembered Tony Blair, yes him, he also talked about his limitations and challenges while in school. He once said,” My teachers used to call me a failure”. Who is successful today and has never failed anyway.
Thomas Edison, the one that made you and I to see at night, yeah, he discovered the electric bulb. He had to try to discover 10,000 ways how a bulb would not work before he discovered the way it will work. That is ridiculous, isn’t it.

Sylvester Stallone isn’t left out, the popular film-fighting star you know as Rambo, yeah, he onnce failed several times like you, but he refused to stop. In his words,”I was rejected 1500 times when selling my script and myself the famous Rocky film”.

What about the popular Albert Einstein, who taught himself calculus at 14, and his brain was secretly removed by the surgeon after he died, just to study it and know the source of his intelligence. Well, AlbertEinstein was dyslexic (difficulty in reading and writing), this made his teachers call him “slow” and “mentally handicapped”. Due to this dyslexic part of him, He wasn’t able to speak till he was 4, and didn’t read till he was 7.

And finally, Bill Gates. He was once a student at Harvard University before he dropped out, in order to focus on one of his achievements today, Microsoft.

So what exactly is the reason while you have to fail and moan, do you think life is unfair to you alone, then you need to work on your self-esteem. No one has any reason to fail, you have got to write your name in sands of time, you have got to go out there and shine, I hope you wont disappoint.

You didn’t fail when you fall, you only failed when you refused to rise."
